Solution

The OCOP and craft village tourism management software is an integrated system that supports management, progress tracking, evaluation and scoring of OCOP products, while serving promotion, connection and development of tourism linked with traditional crafts, cultivation areas and production chains.

Practical Requirements

Amid the strong digital transformation trend of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, applying information technology in management and socio-economic development has become essential. Currently, databases related to planning, new rural development, and OCOP programs remain fragmented and lack standardization. Therefore, a comprehensive digital solution is needed to manage, promote, and connect local products; support product traceability; enhance e-commerce activities; and strengthen digital skills.

Legal Basis

The solution is developed based on the Government's and relevant ministries' policies on digital transformation and new rural development for the 2021–2025 period. Specifically, it aligns with the National Digital Transformation Program, the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program emphasizing product digitization and traceability, and the Digital Transformation Program for Smart New Rural Development.
